Oak Wood Lodges is in the middle of Wales. Rhayader is two miles away and midway both between the Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia, and Aberystwyth and Hereford. Oak Wood Lodges is in an area - exceptional for bird watching - being home to the Red Kite. The self catering facility gives opportunity for many activities, including pony trekking, fishing, golf and walking. It is also an ideal touring centre from which to visit the many attractions of Wales.
